We completely understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the perfect fit. If that happens, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Because each return requires special care and handling, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to help us cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and processing.
We kindly ask that items be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll promptly process your refund (minus the restocking fee).

Warranty
We stand behind our products! If you believe your item has a defect in materials or workmanship:
- Email us at contact@apparitioninstruments.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Include your order number, product name, purchase date, and clear photos showing the defect.
If the defect is confirmed and is not a result of normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we will happily replace the item or provide a refund.

Once your return arrives back at AI, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received.
